Flavor Sauce

      Fengxiang Mimido Flavor Sauce is made adopting first-class materials such as: chicken, chicken liver, chicken bone, chili, lobster sauce, vegetable oil and spices. It is produced in the automatic production line, utilized several high technologies: High-temperature and High-pressure Extraction, Concentration, Enzymolysis, Maillard Reaction, Flavor Factor Extraction. It also adopt High-temperature Sterilization in the Vacuum packing process. It is easily assimilated, safety and sanitary.
      We have several varieties: hot chicken sauce, hot chicken neck sauce, chicken & dried tofu sauce, chicken & lobster sauce, chicken &soft lobster sauce, chicken extract sauce, students’ sauce, rich- calcium sauce, rich-calcium lobster sauce, steamed bread mate sauce, chicken extract & onion sauce, onion & chicken pat sauce and fry chicken cutlet sauce. We set a classification on hot degrees of our chili sauce from extremely hot to light-sweet hot. The products keep the savoury of stew chicken and the nutrition of chicken soup, at meantime full of calcium, vitamin and several microelements, and it is not deep fried, so will not cause excessive internal heat. It is the representative of new, nourishing and delicious sauce.
